Pleasant House in Roquebrune-Sur-Argens with Private Pool

A property of prestige, situated in a quiet impasse, in the exposition of full south and with a dreamlike panoramic sight of the sea and of the bay of Saint Tropez is on offer to be seasonally let. The villa of app. 140 m² floor space is ideal for maximal 6 persons.          In the 45 m² spacious living room with a chimney is a big glass sliding door which opens the south wall of the house. Over there you come on the great roofed-over terrace with wooden beams. The sight of the sea from this terrace and from the living room is so gigantic and calming that you feel yourself there like a king on his castle – especially in the evening when you see the lights of Saint Tropez.There are three bedrooms in the villa – from all of them you enjoy the beautiful sight of sea. Two of them are provided with built-in wardrobe, the third with a small wardrobe-chamber. The parents’ bedroom on the first floor is equipped with its own bathroom with tub, shower and WC. The other bedrooms on the ground floor have a common full bath with a tub, hand-shower, protective glass screen and WC. Visitor’s lavatory.The furniture of the villa is of high quality.The independent spacious kitchen is provided with oven, stove-hot plate, micro-wave, refrigerator, freezer, dish-washer...everything necessary to be content. Beside the kithen is a housekeeping-room with washing-machine, ironing-board... From the kitchen leads a door directly in the garden with a barbecue.The plot of 1300 m² in terraces is completely fenced – dogs are permitted. The descent to the garage is long enough to park further cars.The great swimming-pool 13 x 5,5 m is situated several terraces below the level of the villa, easy achievable by solid steps. So, a funny playing in the pool cannnot annoy the calm in the saloon. The swimming-pool serves exclusively to the disposition of the tenants and is regularly cleaned and maintained by a pool-service... The nearest beaches are 2 km away, but if you enjoy the marvellous tranquility and relaxation at the pool, you will prefer to remain there.For the dog-owner, jogger and walking-tours there is an enormous nature reserve in the close vicinity to the villa – with a wonderful other-side view of the sea – in the direction of the beaches of Fréjus, of St.Raphaël and of the Esterel mountain. Equally easy for pedestrians is to reach the look-out tower “point de vue” of Les Issambres – with a singular beauty of the most impressive circular panoramaview.The distance of the centre of Les Issambres is ca. 2,2 km. There you find restaurants, shops, supermarket, baker, pharmacy, banks, post, tourist office, a weekly market and the yacht port with the regular boat connection with Saint Tropez.

    “Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön, hat eine schöne Aussicht. Haus ist aber schon stark abgewohnt, bei Ankunft mehrere Schirme waren defekt. Gartenanlage nicht gepflegt. Abfall am Grill. Es heisst, Klimaanlage vorhanden - hat diese aber nur im Wohnbereich. Man schläft bei 29 Grad - unerträglich. Es heisst Poolbenützung gratis, jedoch muss man für Wasser und Strom aufkommen. Pollmann kommt 2x pro Woche Wasser nachfüllen. Nach dem wir uns beschwert haben, hat Vermieter die Hälfte übernommen. Es gab bei Abreise kein Übergabeprotokoll, trotz Nachfrage. Als wir weggefahren sind, teilte der Vermieter uns mit, wir hätten Schäden verursacht. Die Vorhänge hätten Flecken etc. Wir haben die Vorhänge gar nicht geöffnet, Wasser lief im Bad von Anfang an schlecht ab. Kaution erhält man erst nach 5 Tagen retour.”

    “Eine wunderbare Villa mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf die Bucht. Der Pool ist riesig, die ganze Anlage einfach sehr, sehr gelungen.

    Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern dort und haben jede Minute genossen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam, immer erreichbar und kümmert sich umgehend um eventuelle Belange der Gäste.

    Kurzum: Unser Urlaub war perfekt.”

    “Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Positiv: Das Gesamtpaket war perfekt! Negativ: -,- Empfehlung: Couples - Für kleine Kinder und Senioren mit Hüft- und Kniebeschwerden, wegen der Treppen nicht so gut geeignet.”
