In a quiet impasse and yet in the midst of the vivacious Côte d'Azur, on the bay of Saint Tropez, between Sainte Maxime et Saint Aygulf in Les Issambres is situated this cosy villa, completely and elegant furnished, ideal for 2 to 6 persons.Exposition south, floor space 160 m². Living room with a dining space, independent fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two of them air-conditions. Several terraces, barbecue, garage, parking possibilities for several cars.Swimming pool with a big sun terrace serves exclusively to the disposition of the tenants and is regularly cleaned and maintained by a pool service.The plain garden of 1200 m² is completely fenced in.The sandy beach and the "Centre nautique" is within easy walking distance of only 500 m, just as the centre of Les Issambres in 800 m, where you find further beaches, shopping possibilities, restaurants, baker, post, pharmacy, banks, bureau de tourisme and the yacht port with the regular boat-connection with Saint Tropez.The tenancy starts on Saturdays afternoon at 4,00 pm and terminates on Saturdays morning at 9,00 am.     “Werde ich auf keinen Fall wieder buchen ! Positiv: Fällt mir nichts zu ein Negativ: Die Sanitärräume und deren Einrichtungen waren ungewöhnlich alt und schlecht, der angebliche Stromverbrauch nicht nachvollziehbar hoch”

    Das Haus ist genau so wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist.
    Über Geschmack lässt sich bekanntlich streiten.

    Lage:
    Sie entspricht der Beschreibung.

    Sauberkeit:
    Bei einem Aufenthalt von 14 Tagen sind wir nicht für die in diesem
    Zeitraum fälligen Reinigungsarbeiten verantwortlich. Dafür muss der Gast
    schon selbst sorgen.

    Äußerer Eindruck:
    Entspricht den Fotos

    Das fand der Kunde gut:
    Wer nicht will und grundsätzlich alles Schöne negativ betrachtet, dem fällt auch nichts Gutes ein.
    Gerade diese Villa hat besonders viele Stammgäste, wegen der guten Lage und dem Charme des Hauses.

    Stromverbrauch:
    Bei Einzug und Auszug der Wohnung wurde der Stromzähler im Beisein des Kunden abgelesen und der
    Stromverbrauch entsprechend berechnet. Vielleicht sitzt man im eigenen zu Hause
    im Dunkeln um Strom zu sparen. Ausserdem lag der Stromverbrauch pro Woche bei 33,20 €, was sich im normalen Bereich befindet.

    Wasserverbrauch:
    Auch hier wurde im Beisein des Kunden der Zähler abgelesen.”

    “Empfehle ich gerne weiter Positiv: Die ruhige und doch zentrale Lage, Umschwung, Pool und Einrichtung.
    Empfang war sehr freundlich. Restaurant: Cap Mail - Sehr gepflegt, direkt am Meer Ausflüge: St. Tropez - Reise unbedingt mit dem Bâteau Vert ab Hafen Les Issambres oder Ste Maxime”

    “Positiv: Schön angelegtes Grundstück mit herrlichem Pool und verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten. Super Lage unweit des Strandes. Restaurant: Plage 44 - Wunderbares Strandrestaurant mit Cocktailbar. Sehr gute Küche.”
