This pretty 1.5 room apartment is located in Contra above Tenero / Locarno. It offers a fantastic view over Lake Maggiore from the Magadino plain to Italy. On the balcony, which guarantees absolute privacy, there is a table and 2 comfortable armchairs, as well as 2 chairs for guests. On the balcony you get from the living, dining area. The sleeping area with a modern box spring bed is separated by a round arch from the living / dining area.
  This modern, bright apartment is equipped with all necessary things.
  The house is located on the edge of the forest in a well-kept garden with a large outdoor pool, lawn, granite stone table and pergola. 2 sun loungers are available. Also from the pool area you can enjoy an overwhelming view of the lake and the mountains. Here you can really enjoy the sunny days.

    “Gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles vorhanden. Optimal für 2 Personen. Positiv: Vom Balkon hat man eine fantastische Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore und die Magadinoebene.
    Den Swimmingpool direkt vor der Haustüre.
    Sehr nette Vermieterin.”

    “Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert (auch im Winter ohne Pool und Sauna). Ein eigenes Fahrzeug ist jedoch von Vorteil, um unabhängig zu sein. Positiv: Sehr schöne, sonnige Lage mit Blick auf den See (auch im Winter lädt der Balkon zum Verweilen ein!). Für Naturfreunde super (Wanderweg zum Monti di Lego direkt neben dem Haus). Die kleine Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend für Paare und ist voll ausgestattet (praktisch ist auch das Kellerabteil zum Verstauen von Reisetaschen, etc.).
    Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war stets herzlich und offen - an dieser Stelle nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön! Restaurant: Ristorante Pizzeria al Piazza, Ascona - Schöne Lage, gute Pizza, freundliche Bedienung, unkompliziert (auch in Zeiten von CoV empfehlenswert!)”

    “Wir waren sehr zufrieden, mit Auto kein Problem! Positiv: Aussicht, promte Erledigung der Mängel (Warmwasserprobleme). Negativ: Langer steiler Fussweg zu weit weg vom ÖV.”
