A detached house with 4.5 rooms face to south with sunny terrace and garden. homely vacation home with wooden walls and flagstone floors in the living area and in the kitchen. Free internet.

Groud floor: washroom with washing machine, storage room/drying room with freezerbox and table tennis

First floor: living area with large dining table, seating group, fireplace, tv, well equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine,Shower room with shower, toilett and wash basin

2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bed room with double bed and cabin bed, in all bedrooms :built-in wardrobe made      of wood with lots of storage place, shower room with shower, toilet, and wash basin

Gable area: dormitory with 5 mattresses, carpeted floor. 2 outdoor parking spaces. Are you interested in the Snow Deal in winter? Ask your landlord. Christmas/New Year the minimum stay is 14 days. During the winter season the house can only be booked by the week. In summer there is a special offer “Mountain railroads all inclusive”. Please ask the landlord for this special offer. On request, the house can also be booked for individual days (minimum stay 3 days).

    “--- Positiv: Für unsere Familienferien (6 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) war das Haus ideal. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Auf der Wiese vor dem Haus konnten die Kinder toll spielen. Negativ: ---”

    “perfekte Ferienunterkunft für Leute, welche in den Ferien nicht mehr Komfort oder Schi-Schi suchen als zu Hause Positiv: Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und belegten die 3 Schlafzimmer. Es gibt auch einen Estrich mit Schlafgelegenheiten, diesen haben wir jedoch nie angeschaut. Das Haus ist nicht mehr neu, aber es gibt nun wirklich alles an Einrichtung was es braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Der Garten ist gepflegt und flach, dass man mit einem Ball spielen kann. Die Lage, 3 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, ist auch für Zugreisende perfekt. Keine Angst: nachts fahren keine Züge auf dieser Strecke und weil die Rhätische Bahn so wie so nicht schnell fährt sind sie auch während den Betriebszeiten nicht störend. Die beiden Privatparkpläzte vor dem Garten sind gross genug, um 2 Offroader abzustellen (wenn man fahren kann...) Negativ: .....dass wir nur eine Woche geblieben sind Restaurant: Murtaröl, Plaun da Lej, am Silsersee - bestes Fisch Restaurant im Engadin. Es gibt Salzwasserbecken mit frischen Meerfischen. Ausflüge: Schweizer Nationalpark - viele Möglichkeiten”
