Kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, Nespresso machine. New bathroom with big shower + WC. Washing machine (free), tumbler, ski- and bike-storage room, ping-pong table available. Parking, garage, garden, patio. Close to bus stop, shops and cross country skiing tracks. Pets not allowed. No smoking apartment. Resident landlady lifes in the house. For Christmas/New Year we rent out the apartment only for minimum 10 days.
INCLUSIVE: electricity, heating, kitchen and bath linen. Linen change weekly, parking. EXCLUSIVE: phone taxes, parking covered CHF 3.--/day (winter CHF 5.--/day) and garage CHF 5.--/day (winter CHF 10.--/day).
