Our facilities will help make your holiday a success

- A chalet less than a kilometre from the village. (only 14 minutes on foot)  
- 11kW charging point for electric cars .
- E-bike: possibility of recharging directly in the parking space.
- Photovoltaic installation, mainly using solar energy. 
- Hot water produced by a boiler equipped with a heat pump.

  Our latest renovations : 

2024 : 

- Replacement of all the curtains in the living room.
- Niesen bedroom: Replacement of carpet with new parquet and new paintwork. 

2023 :

- Perimeter insulation of the house up to the foundations .
- Installation of a charging point (11kW) for rechargeable cars .
- Installation of an external socket for e-bikes .

2020 : 

- Redo the entire roof, refurbish the waterproofing and insulation, install a photovoltaic system.

    “Alles toll für erholsame Ferien. Positiv: Wunderbare Aussichtslage in Landwirtschaftszone, Balkon und Gartensitzplatz, sonnig, zentral gelegen für Ausflüge und Wanderungen.
    Schön und zweckmässig eingerichtetes Haus, bequeme Betten und Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir waren zu zweit.
    Wir wurden von den Eigentümern sehr nett empfangen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Negativ: --- Restaurant: Cafe Bärentatze in Aeschi - Da gibts sehr gute Kuchen und Torten. Ausflüge: Niederhorn vis à vis - Wunderbare Aussicht auf die Seen und Eiger, Mönch und Jungfrau.”

    “Freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr im Chalet Rosentaler Positiv: Sehr gepflegtes Chalet mit schönem Garten. Ruhige Lage mit super Aussicht.
    Herzlicher Empfang vom Ehepaar Amsler Restaurant: Seeblick in Faulensee - Es gibt einen Seeweg von Spiez nach Faulensee.
    Wunderbare Fischgerichte. Ausflüge: Diemtigtal - Das Dorf Diemtigen ist sehr sehenswert, mit den schönen Simmentalhäusern”
