A bright 2 1/2 room flat awaits you in a very quiet residential area on the western edge of the village of Scuol.
From the spacious, partially covered south-west-facing terrace (28m2) you can enjoy a marvellous view of the mountains.

This holiday flat is centrally located and the shops, restaurants and the Bogn Engiadina mineral baths are just a 10-minute walk away. The connection to the local bus, which takes you directly to the Motta Naluns mountain railway, is just a few steps away.

The Tulai H90 holiday flat has a large, bright living room with sofa bed for the 3rd & 4th person. Spacious double bedroom with double bed (2 mattresses). Shower/WC/sink + separate WC/sink. Fully equipped kitchen with sideboard. The new kitchen has a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The two sanitary rooms have also been completely renovated (bathroom with rain shower). Flat screen TV with Swisscom reception, free WLAN and much more.

    “I would recommand this apparment building to anyone. Appartments are good and the view is wonderful. Location near the centre Positiv: Appartement is very nest and well equiped. The matrasses could be beter/thicker. Negativ: The exterior of the building does not represent the good appartments. The surroundings makes you feel being in some 1950 Eastern Europe Military Compound. But once you are in your appartement it is good.”

    “Diese Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet. Das einzige was fehlt,
    ist eine Abwaschmaschine. Wäre schön,
    wenn man während der Ferien nicht noch abwaschen müsste. Ansonsten lässt sich aber nichts aussetzen an dieser Wohnung. Der Hauskomplex ist sicher nicht schön anzuschauen und bräuchte wohl mal eine Auffrischung (Renovation).”
