A modern and bright 4 1/2 room flat awaits you in the upper part of Scuol. From the south-facing garden seating area (approx. 20 m2) you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Lower Engadine mountains. There is also a small west-facing garden seating area with evening sun. The local bus/ski bus stop is only a few steps away and the village centre can be reached on foot in approx. 15 minutes. Reserved garage space in the car park (lift available).

Large, bright living room with floor-to-ceiling windows. State-of-the-art kitchen with large fridge, high-level oven, Tassimo coffee machine and dishwasher. 3 double bedrooms, one with pull-out bed. 2 complete bathrooms (1 x with bathtub and double washbasin, 1 x with shower). Flat-screen TV with SAT system, free WLAN and much more.

    “L'appartement est super, nous avons passé une semaine avec des ados et nous étions tous ravis. Très bien situé pour partir en randonnée ou aller dans la station faire des courses à pied. Positiv: Nous avons pris possession de l'appartement et tout était propre et la literie faite avec les linges de bain. Pas besoin de prendre de drap et serviette. Top Negativ: Petit bémol sur les chaînes TV francophones RTS1 et RTS2 seulement. Heureusement que nous avions eu beau temps. Restaurant: Restaurant Üja Traube - Nous avons très bien mangé dans ce restaurant, la serveuse parlant un peu français agréable et la carte était également en français. Nous avons passé une bonne soirée. Ausflüge: Motta Naluns - Nous avons suivi l'itinéraire 964 depuis l'appartement jusqu'à l'arrivée des télécabines de Motta Naluns. Très belle balade dans la forêt.”

    “Positiv: Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut. Negativ: Die Einfahrt der Tiefgarage war nicht ausreichend, so dass die Dachbox abgeschraubt werden musste. Umgebung: Leider gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe.”
