Exclusive, newly furnished flat in a quiet and sunny residential area on the eastern edge of the village of Sent. From the spacious south-facing balcony (approx. 20m2) you can enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The village centre with shops and the free ski bus to the "Scuol-Motta-Naluns" ski area is just a few minutes' walk away. Reserved car park in front of the house.

This very bright flat, equipped with high-quality furniture, has a spacious living room with integrated, top-equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and combi steamer, 3 large and bright double bedrooms with beautiful Swiss stone pine furniture, 2 bathrooms (1 x with bath/WC/double sink/washing machine + tumble dryer)
and additionally 1 x with shower/WC/sink), flat screen TV with Swisscom TV, Blue-Ray DVD player, free WLAN, and much more.

    “Wir haben uns in der hellen, grosszügigen Wohnung mit besonders gut ausgestatteter Küche wohl gefühlt. Positiv: Sehr schöne, gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattete und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Volg, Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Molkerei und Postauto-Haltestelle sind in 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. Negativ: In der Wohnung unterhalb befindet sich das Gericht. Jeweils Morgens um 7Uhr wurde die Arbeit begonnen. Da die Schalldämmung nicht gut ist, wurden wir dann jeweils von den lauten Stimmen geweckt. Wer länger schlafen möchte, braucht einen guten Tiefschlaf.
    Gleich unterhalb des Balkons weiden Kühe. Wegen des konstanten Gebimmels Nachts muss bei Lärmentfindlichkeit mit geschlossenen Fenstern geschlafen werden.(Vielleicht sind die Kühe ja nur im Herbst und nicht im Sommer da?)”
