Nice holiday home with private pool 1 km from different romantic sandy coves. The house is 300 km from the French border, from the motorway exit is 4 km to the house.

The house has a large well-kept garden, which is completely enclosed with fence and hedge. They are all on their own. The entrance to the property is closed with remote control. The car can be parked on the closed property.

Facility:
The house can sleep up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms.In 2 bedrooms we have air conditioning, for the other 2 there are mobile electric radiators in the storage room.
It has a large shower room, WC. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet.
An open kitchen and a dining and living area.
Very well equipped kitchen with a lot of crockery, cutlery, filter coffee machine, various cooking pots, frying pans, raclette oven, microwaves, 4 ring gas hob, oven, dishwasher.
All windows are equipped with iron bars and mosquito nets.
The house has central heating, so a winter holiday is pleasant.
They have dishwasher, washing machine, flat screen satellite TV with all Swiss and German programs, indoor fireplace.

In the large garden it has an ivy-covered pergola with direct view of the private pool. Under the pergola is the garden fireplace. Here you can relax, dine and enjoy the view of the extensive, private garden and the own, large pool (8 m x 4 m).

There are enough tables, chairs, beach chairs with cushions, umbrellas available.
In addition to the private pool, there is also a closed outdoor shower with hot water. A little further away you will find an outdoor toilet.

Attention: in the months of July, August and September only a rental of 2 weeks is possible.

Dogs: In the summer months we do not take dogs. From October to June you can accompany a maximum of 2 small dogs.

What is included in the rental price:

Water,  explanations and support by our German-speaking manager, tourism tax, key service, pool maintenance twice a week in summer, otherwise once a week.
Our prices already include the obligatory tourist tax.

Surroundings:

The house is located in a one-family holiday home Quartir of Las Tres Calas. The street in front of the house is not a thoroughfare, just a street for the residents.
Las Tres Calas is 4 km from the fishing village E-43860 L'Ametlla de Mar. There you will find various shopping centers, doctor, pharmacy, souvenir shops, Internet cafes, various restaurants with regional specialties.
Every day is fish-vegetable-meat market. 2 times a week clothes and shoe market.
Las Tres Calas is located by the sea in the whole area it has various romantic, slightly sloping sandy coves. These are ideal for children and non-swimmers. There is free parking on every sandy bay.
Long sandy beaches can be found in Miami-Playa which is a 10-minute drive from the house.

This beautifully decorated holiday home is located only 1 km from some of the best beaches of the Costa Dorada, in a quiet residential area in the rolling inland. Beautiful, romantic coastal paths in the immediate vicinity. Deltebre (natural park with miles of partly wild sandy beaches), Portaventura, one of the largest theme parks in Europe, wine region (Priorat / Terra Alta). Places to visit: Tortosa, Peniscola, Ampolla, Tarragona, Reus with Gaudi center, Horta de San Joan with Picasso Museum.
The proximity to the town of L'Ametlla de Mar, with its port on the Mediterranean Sea, offers you not only the opportunity to enjoy the exquisite gastronomy of the region, but also the unique opportunity to take a guided catamaran tour up to 300 kg to catch heavy tuna in Europe's most important farm and even swim with them in the summer.

    “Positiv: Das Grundstück und die Außenanlage sind super gepflegt. Der Pool und die aussendusche mit der Terrasse sind hervorragend. Das Grundstück ist sehr gut gesichtet, also prima für Hundebesitzer. Es ist alles vorhanden (Liegestühle, Geschirr, gute Betten)was man braucht. Die Besitzer Familie Blumer hat sich nach unserem Urlaub persönlich bei uns erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung war, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Negativ: Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, denn die guten Lokale und der Strand sind doch etwas weiter weg.”
