Villa Mare Exclusive is located on the edge of Spadici in the suburbs of Poreč , about 700 m from the sea and 2 km from the city center. The villa (half of the semi-detached house) has a fenced garden with an infinity pool of 50m2, a covered terrace with barbecue, outdoor dining furniture ,deck chairs and a lounge area.
The specialty of this villa is the beautiful view of sea from the ground floor and the garden, as well from other floors of the villa. Due to its location, Villa Mare Exclusive is an ideal holiday home in Porec, where you can enjoy in tranquility ,but at the same time be less than 10 minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants and many other amenities.
The landlord occasionally stays in another part of the villa, but the garden and the yard are exclusively for the guests.

This room offers a private bathroom, with large bathtub overlooking the glass wall and beautiful sunsets. The villa is fully air-conditioned, offers a WLAN and two parking places are avaliable for guests.
The pool is heated outside the summer season.
