The 80m2 2.5-room apartment on the ground floor has a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a cosy dining/living area. From the large terrace you can enjoy the panoramic views of the mountains.

The house is located 10 minutes’ walk from the village centre. The bus stop is close by.

WiFi and a garage parking space are included in the rent.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.

The glacier village of Grindelwald nestles in a diverse, unspoilt Alpine landscape. It is world famous for its backdrop of snow-covered mountains including the Wetterhorn, Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. In summer, some 500 kilometers of well-marked walking, hiking and mountain trails wait to be explored. En route you will find you’ll find rustic mountain restaurants offering a wide selection of good food, ideal spots to take a relaxing break. The region has many other summer activities to enjoy, such as 120 kilometers of marked mountain-biking routes, paragliding, bungee jumping in the glacier gorge, scooter bike run, summer roller-sledge run, First cliff walk and much more. In winter, 45 mountain railways, aerial cableways and ski lifts offer an invitation to enjoy great fun in the Jungfrau Region. The tree areas of, Grindelwald-First, Kleine Scheidegg-Männlichen and Mürren-Schilthorn offer over 200 kilometers of pistes, with a choice of thrilling or easy downhill runs. Non-skiers are well created for with 100 kilometers of winter-walking trails. The region is also a paradise for sledding fans. The 15-kilometre sledge run from the Faulhorn summit down to Grindelwald is the longest in the Alps. And there’s plenty more snow sport on offer in the Jungfrau Region, including snowshoe tours, cross country skiing and ice sport.

    “Sehr schöne, stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung an perfekter Lage mit Traum-Aussicht auf den Eiger. Grosszügiges Raum-Angebot und gute Möglichkeit zum Verstauen der eigenen Sachen. Auf dem grossen Balkon fehlt die Möglichkeit eines Sonnenschutzes. Ein "anständiger" Gartentisch mit entsprechenden Stühlen würde ein Essen im Freien ermöglichen. Positiv: Stilvolle Einrichtung. Grosses Wohnzimmer mit gut eingerichteter Küche. Grosszügiges Angebot von Schränken und Kommoden. Grosses Schlafzimmer.
    Ideale und ruhige Lage zwischen Dorfzentrum und Terminal mit den Bahnen. Negativ: Der grossse, nach Süden ausgerichtete Balkon bedarf unbedingt einer Sonnenschutz-Einrichtung ( Sonnenschirm oder Sonnenstore). Der mickrige Tisch auf dem Balkon erlaubt kaum ein Essen im Freien. Dazu fehlen entsprechende Stühle.
    Das Sofa in der Stube in der Stube ist völlig durchgedrückt.
    Die Kosten für die Schlussreinigung von 279.- für eine 2 1/2 Zimmer-Wohnung wie auch der Mietpreis sind im Verhältnis zu hoch.”
