On the first floor there is a separate toilet, a large utility room with washing machine, dryer and clothes horse and a bathroom with rain shower and sink. On the second floor there are 3 nicely furnished bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds. After an active day in the area, the garden offers plenty of space for fun and relaxation. The garden is landscaped with beautiful fruit trees. Enjoy your vacation with a glass of wine in the pleasant outdoor hot tub on the covered terrace while your children play with the playground equipment. The garden also offers petanque, basketball and badminton. The outbuilding is equipped as an activity room with table soccer, darts and exercise bike. The cozy terrace right by the cottage has an awning and a large picnic table. In front you will find a lounge set. The property is fully fenced and therefore ideal for pets.

This vacation home is centrally located to several beautiful sights. Only 4 km away is a recreational lake with an inviting sandy beach and various playground equipment. From this vacation home you can make the most beautiful cycling trips in the Veluwe nature area towards Epe or Nunspeet.
