3 Bedroom luxury villa with pool and part sea view

This beautifully kept 3 bedroom villa is spacious both inside and outside and furnished to a very high standard. Located in the Pernera area of Protaras, it is within 10 minutes walk of both Kalamies Beach and the resort centre.

Outside the garden has a 8 x 4 metre pool with roman steps for easy access and a seating area overlooking the pool. Sun-loungers and an umbrella are provided, along with a patio table and chairs. A built-in BBQ and sink area provide the perfect setting for outside dining and entertaining during the long summer evenings.

Inside, the villa has a very modern yet comfortable design. The living area has leather sofas, a widescreen TV and dining table seating 6 persons. There is also an open fireplace for use during the winter months. The large open plan kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a W/C on this floor.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed and en-suite shower room. There is also access to a veranda with lovely sea views. There is another double room and the 3rd bedroom has a small double bed and a sofa bed.
