Modern 3 room apartment on the 2nd floor of a brand new building with big balcony. Direct access with elevator from the underground parking. Sauna and steam bath in the house. 5 minutes walk to the centre of Ascona and the lake.
Living room with modern sofa, LED TV, radio; modern, open kitchen with oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machines, toaster and dishwasher. 1 room with a queen size bed (160x200 cm), 1 double room with (140x 200 cm) and (90x200 cm) a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Separate bath tub with toilet. Washing maschine. Furnished balcony.

In about 5 minutes you can walk to the center of Ascona and its picturesque piazza, located directly on the lake shore and with its many restaurants, bars and shops invites you to stroll and enjoy and creates a holiday atmosphere.

    “Ich war schon mehrfach in der Wohnung, wurde inzwischen neu möbliert und es sieht einfach alles super aus. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen Positiv: Alles sehr sauber, netter Empfang und sehr zentrale Lage Negativ: da gibt es nichts Ausflüge: Cannobio - schöne Promenade und einfach eine nette Altstadt”

    “Boulangerie, bars et restaurants accessibles en quelques minutes à pied.
    Arrêt de bus devant la maison. Positiv: Situation très calme et proche du centre.
    Équipement absolument parfait. Negativ: Rien à signaler. Restaurant: La Fontana à Locarno - Restaurant de l’hôtel Belvédère.
    Ambiance très agréable, service soigné et carte imprégnée de produits méditerranéens. Ausflüge: Sonogno - Dernier village atteignable en voiture dans la vallée de Verzasca.”
