Elegant and spacious villa of 400 m2 with capacity for up to 8 guests, located in the center of Garraf and has unbeatable views of the natural park. The house is located in one of the most elegant and peaceful urbanizations of Olivella, in the heart of the Garraf natural park, only 10 minutes from Vilafranca del Penedés and the city and beaches of Sitges and 35 km from Barcelona airport. The house is distributed in three floors with wide modern and luminous spaces, perfect for nature lovers due to its strategic situation. On the ground floor, there is a large living-dining room with a terrace overlooking the valley and a full kitchen with direct access to the garden and swimming pool. On the same floor there are two more bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, all of them of big size and bathroom on the same floor. On the upper floor is the suite bedroom with access to a large terrace overlooking the natural park. It has a private bathroom with shower, jacuzzi and a huge dressing room. On the lower floor is the garage with capacity for 3 vehicles where you will also find a fitness room with a sauna. The large garden of 200 m2 consists of a swimming pool of 8 meters long and 4 meters wide and some sun loungers, two covered porches, one of them with a chill out sofa to enjoy the fantastic sunny days and the other one has a large table to organize outdoor meals.

The owner of this holiday home does no allow groups of young adults below 30 years. Only families and people above 30 years. It is strictly forbidden to organize parties and celebrations in this holiday home.
