The luxury holiday apartment "Vista del Mar" has an excellent view and location. As the sea is only 10 minutes walking distance (you can hear the sea rushing), you can enjoy the complete beach life. Because of the proximity to the old town of Malaga (15 minutes by car) it is a good opportunity to visit the gourmet and museum town and enjoy the interesting nightlife. The accommodation is approx. 200m² large and has its own pool, garden and entrance. Most impressive is the view of the Mediterranean Sea and the skyline of Rincon. On a clear day you can also see Africa. You are in a quiet urbanisation, close to the pulse of life and yet secluded. It is very child friendly. The holiday flat is located on one floor

The outside facilities (approx. 200m²) are for the sole use of the tenants and are on the same level as the luxury apartment. Here are the pool with lawn, the terrace with a dining table for 6 persons, a lounge corner and the outdoor kitchen with barbecue. A pergola offers sun protection. The panoramic view is breathtaking.

The pool is on one level with the living room/dining room and is the quasi-extension of the living room. It is approx. 8x4m large and offers a 180 degrees free panoramic view to the bay of Málaga, Rincon de la Victoria and the Mediterranean Sea.

The apartment is situated on a 110m high hill and offers a fantastic view (180 degrees) of the Mediterranean Sea, with good views to Africa and Gibraltar and the Bay of Málaga including the harbour. When the wind is blowing you can watch the kite surfers on the height of the apartment. In the morning and evening you can watch the fishing boats on their way to the fishing grounds, as well as the arrival and departure of the cruise ships. You can watch the hustle and bustle on the beach and hear the waves crashing.

The living room, the dining room and the kitchen form a large room of over 100m² with large panoramic windows, various recreational games (billiards, table football, etc.) Here you will also find the 70 inch TV with all German programs and a stereo system.  From all points in the room you have a panoramic view.

The dining room consists of an extendable large wooden table with 4 chairs. There is also a couch in the dining room, which can be converted into a double bed if required. From the dining table I have a wonderful view.

There are 2 bedrooms. The one bedroom is about 20m² large. It has a large built-in closet, a small anteroom with a couch and a mirror. The bed is 2x2m large. From the bed you have a view to the Mediterranean Sea. The access to the bathroom is directly in the bedroom (en-suite), as well as the access to the living room

The second bedroom is 25m² and has a double bed, a double couch, a wardrobe, a mirror and 2 bedside tables with one lamp each. From the bed you have a view of a mountain slope.

The kitchen forms one unit (approx. 100m²) with the living/dining room and is equipped with: refrigerator, freezer, ceramic stove top, extractor hood, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, blender, wine cabinet, water dispenser and all necessary small electrical appliances.

It is said that 5 Moorish kings hid their treasure here when they fled from the Christian Reconquest. Only 5 coins and a lamp have been found from the treasure. All of them are from the Nazari period. In Benagalbon we can discover the way of life of our latest ancestors in the Museo de Arte Popular, where tools, farming equipment etc. are exhibited.In Benagalbon, which lies between Moclinejo and Rincon, a small folklore museum has been set up.As an Andalusian city, Rincon de la Victoria of course celebrates a lot. During the year there are many folklore and cultural activities. Most of them have been organized by the town hall, but also different groups and associations have recovered old customs. The Holy Week, Exaltacion de la Mantilla, Eleccion de Novios de la Axarquia, Festival Flamenco Pena EI Piyayo. Benagalbon celebrates a mass, the Feria de Invierno on February 2nd, Mary's purification. A procession in which the neighbours throw peanuts at the Virgin from the balcony. In the second week of July, the Feria and Fiestas Marineras Puerta de la Axarquia is celebrated, where all three residential areas along the coast celebrate an incredible festival together. The whole day and night is celebrated by the sea. During the Feria, regattas will also be held in Jabegas and Chalanas. The most important points in the Feria are the sea passages of the Virgen del Carmen in Rincon de la Victoria and Cala del Moral, the Virgin will be brought to the sea by train. Last, and with this the summer ends, the Noche dei Fuego takes place on the first Saturday of September. This night will be 7000kg. Gunpowder is burned. Carnival is not very traditional in the municipality. But these festivities are becoming more and more famous as a result of the events organized by the Town Hall.
