Lovely Holiday House in Binissalem with Beautiful Pool

Our new, modern finca is located not far from Binissalem in a sunny rural setting in the middle of Jose Luis Ferrer's wine-growing regions.

From the finca you have a fantastic view of the Tramuntana mountains. The house offers around 325 m² of space for 10 guests. Comfortably and modernly furnished, there are a total of 5 bedrooms (3x double bed, 2x single beds), all with air conditioning and 3 bathrooms, two of which are ensuite and one outside toilet. The large open, light-flooded, glazed living-dining room with satellite TV and internet WiFi has a beautiful view of the pool terrace. The ultra-modern eat-in kitchen with a 4-plate stove, microwave, oven, grill and dishwasher is right next door.

The outdoor area with a shady seating area and chill sofa is beautifully landscaped and the private 10 m x 5 m swimming pool (depth 1 m x 1.80 m) is completely surrounded by a spacious lawn. Further equipment also includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, high chair and a baby bed.

There is enough parking space at the house. Binissalem is a place known for its good wines, and of course there are also bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearby motorway connection takes you to either the capital Palma or the beautiful beaches of the bay of Alcudia and Pollensa in around 25 minutes
