Holiday home in a residential complex in a very quiet area, ideal for a restful and relaxing vacation. Especially noteworthy is the enormous main pool, surrounded by a large solarium to sunbathe, as well as a second pool that is heated throughout the year. The complex also offers a large garden planted with tropical plants and benches to enjoy the outdoors without leaving the grounds.
The flat is suitable for a maximum of 4 people and consists of all the amenities to spend a comfortable vacation, such as a bright living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed of 1.50 m and a bathroom with shower. From the living room there is access to a balcony with views of Teide and the mountains. A table with 4 chairs is available to eat and enjoy the views.
All services such as restaurants, bars and supermarkets are within a few minutes walking from the complex.
An ideal place for all those who wish to flee from the large crowded tourist centers, seeking tranquility and rest.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
Groups of young people under 20 years are not permitted.
