A highlight is the bedroom with freestanding bathtub on the 1st floor of the house. Please note that there is no door to the room here. Take a relaxing bath here after an active day. Two more sleeping places are located in the living room on the first floor. Here you will also find the open kitchen with kitchen island, which invites you to entertain while the cook of the vacation prepares the meals.

Another plus of this vacation home is the beautiful courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue and spa where you can spend relaxing hours throughout the day.

On foot you can reach shopping facilities and a restaurant, should you not feel like cooking. The town of Rovinj can be reached after a short drive. Here you can stroll leisurely through the old town and let yourself drift. The surrounding nature offers good opportunities for bird watching. The house is located near the castle Morosini - Grimani, where in the summer months there are numerous jousting games and events.
