In an exclusive location, ideal for families or groups from 4 to 8 people and in a nice and lively position. The location, although quiet, is ideal for enjoying all the services offered by Bibione Spiaggia while remaining 250 m from the sea, a few hundred meters from Piazzale Zenith and only a few minutes from the therme.

The residence is a modern building consisting of 8 residential units, located in the central of Via Maja near the beach and renovated from top to bottom in the year 2019.
In all apartments there are two bedrooms, air conditioning system with inverter heat pump and a parking space in the condominium courtyard, moreover, available to guests free of charge Wi-Fi and a laundry room on the ground floor.

Airy three-room apartment located just 250 meters from the sea near the pedestrian promenade in the renowned center of Bibione Spiaggia. Completely renovated, this apartment is a welcoming holiday home composed as follows: the entrance opens onto the living area characterized by a lot of natural light, here in fact a beautiful glass door overlooks a large balcony or a lovely garden with its furniture, in the case of the apartments on the ground floor. The layout is typical of the open space living room with double sofa bed, a dining area with 6 seats and a modern open kitchen equipped with all appliances, like a large fridge with separate freezer compartment, a ventilated oven, a microwave, a water kettle and in general all the equipment needed to cook in the same comfort as at home. The sleeping area has two bedrooms, one master bedroom with a double and the second bedroom with two single beds. Finally, a large bathroom with window and a large shower cabin.
The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system with heat pump inverter, furhtermore a parking space for each housing unit, unlimited Wi-Fi service and access to the shared laundry room on the ground floor, which is available to all guests.

    “Preis-Leistung leider zu teuer.
    Dennoch ein schöner Urlaub mit kleineren Mängeln in guter Lage. Positiv: Klimaanlage, 2 Fernseher, Neu renoviert, Rolladen überall.
    Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.
    Sehr zentrale Lage. Negativ: Betten sehr unbequem, teilweise keine Bettdecken und Kissen vorhanden.
    Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung nicht sauber….
    Geschirr Ausstattung scheint vom Sperrmüll zu sein ?! Nicht ausreichend Teller und Gläser, vorallem Besteck vorhanden.
    Einrichtung war teilweise leider schon defekt und funktionierte nicht richtig,
    Viele Junge Leute im Haus wo laut sind.
    Es wird garnicht kontrolliert ob die Wohnung sauber ist bei Abreise. Restaurant: Maxi Gelato - Bestes Eis !!! Ausflüge: Luna Park - Viel Spaß”

    “Es war ein sponater Urlaub, deswegen haben wir das Beste daraus gemacht. Aber die Wohnung würden wir nicht empfehlen und auch nicht nochmal buchen. Positiv: Super Lage, das wars dann aber auch. Negativ: Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der Straße. Keine Privatsphäre also. Die Terrasse ist direkt am Fußgängerweg und alle gucken direkt rein. Sehr unangenehm!
    Die Wohnung hat auch keine 2 Schlafzimmer und ist auch nicht für 6 Personen ausgestattet.
    Es gibt zwar Schlafplätze für 6 Personen, aber das ist einfach unmöglich. Das zweite "Zimmer" ist wie ein Abstellraum in dem ein Hochbett steht. Ganz eng alles.
    Der Wohnbereich ist auch sehr klein. Es gibt nur 4 Stühle. Alles sehr eng und wenig Platz.
    Wem das alles nicht genügt. Es war sehr dreckig. Der Wischmopp den es da gab, will man am besten gar nicht anfassen. Überall lagen Haare. In der Schublade lag noch ein benutzter Rasierer.”

    “Positiv: Central location in Bibione Negativ: The flat is much smaller than in the description. Maximum of 40m2 and not 50m2 as in the description.
    Saturday at 18:30, we discovered that there is no gas in the kitchen for cooking. We phoned the agency responsible for this flat, but the person on the line didn't want to help us the same day, so we had a cold dinner and breakfast the next morning.

    It's not a big issue but professionalism and customer service is something different.”
