Villa Es Castell is an exclusive rural property stunned with natural stone (325m2) with a capacity for 10 people located in the town of s'Horta, very close to the Vall d'Or golf course, Portocolom and Cala D'Or, as well as also from the Castillo des Santueri, hence its name. It is a good excursion proposal from the villa. The location is very quiet, ideal for spending a family holiday in nature and enjoying the privacy in the approximately 15,000 m2 farm

It has an outdoor barbecue and wood oven.
It has a saline system pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi, as well as a volleyball court, petanque and a pingpong table. On the pool terrace there are loungers for sunbathing.
At the entrance you will find a large private parking lot to park your car on arrival. It must be taken into account that to get to the property it is essential to have a vehicle or some private transfer service, since there is no public transport that reaches the property.

The property has 5 bedrooms, two of which are in suite. All have built-in wardrobes. 4 bathrooms, one with a shower and 3 with a bathtub. There is hot / cold air conditioning in all rooms, living-dining room and kitchen, but it turns off if the doors are opened. A dining room with sofa, armchairs and 3 rockers. A renovated kitchen equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker with capsules, juicer etc.
On the property there is a cot and a baby chair. If you need another, you would have to make the request as an extra in advance. On the property there is a safe.
In the storage room the washing machine, dryer, iron etc. are located. It is large enough to safely store bicycles during your stay, if your hobby is cycling.

In the surroundings you can perform activities such as cycling, hiking, fishing, quad rental, boat rental etc.

It is characterized by its spectacular garden and its views in the middle of nature, which has vineyards, olive trees and other fruit trees such as lemon trees, orange trees, persimmons etc. On the farm, wine of the Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties are produced and oil of varieties Arbequina picual, cornicabra and mallorquina. Bottles can be ordered as extra on request for tasting.
