Internal stairs lead down to the ground floor with spacious living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. On the fenced-in and well-maintained plot is a pool terrace, from which a magnificent view is offered, that exceeds all expectations. About 10 minutes walk away is a pebble beach, to which a steep path leads. Behind the house runs a road from Napoleon's times, which is now a 10 km long bike path. Visit the town of Omiš with sandy beaches and the old town, which is rich in summer events.
