Omnia Villa 1 - ''Heated'' pool and stunning seaview

Omnia villas are located in Sodi, a lovely suburb of Chania, about 6km from the Centre and the Old Town. Set on a hill where the lights of Chania Town and the blue waters of the Cretan Sea will definitely impress you. As Sodi is close to the Town, guests will have easy access to many facilities, services, and amenities as well as many wonderful beaches with crystal, clear waters around Crete, bars, restaurants and cafes either in the Akrotiri Prefecture or in Chania. Within a small walking distance, you will find some of the most famous cafes in the area such as Koukouvaya, Carte Postale and Nymfes. Also, basic facilities such as mini markets and supermarkets can also be found around.

A luxury newly built villa 140 sqm above the lights of Chania Town and the blue waters of the Cretan Sea. Is a hilltop holiday residence, set only a few minutes to drive away from the Beach of Kalathas and Chania Town. With its high-quality facilities and amenities, the secluded stylish, and stunning view will be a true paradise for a vacation.

Omnia Luxury Villas are two twin luxury and autonomous villas set on a hill with gorgeous views, high-end amenities, and modern design. Each one has a private entrance while each villa has autonomy and its facilities. Omnia I has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in the existing beds plus two more in the sofa bed in one of the bedrooms.

Indoor facilities
The villa is designed to accommodate 6 guests in the existing beds and two more (adults or kids) in the sofas that are from high-quality mattresses. It is divided into three floors that can be connected either by the stairs or by the elevator. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances, a contemporary with minimal living area with a fireplace, a big flat Smart TV 60’ with satellite channels, and a dining area suitable for 6-8 guests. On the same floor, near the elevator, there is a shared WC and a washing machine.

The three bedrooms of the villa are located on the first and the second floor. The first bedroom is located on the first floor with a double-sized bed (1.60*2.00) and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double-sized bed (1.60*2.00) and an ensuite bathroom with shower while the last bedroom has a king-sized bed (1.80*2.00), a sofa bed that can be converted into two single beds with a high-quality mattress and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has direct access to the balconies, a smart TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi access, bath amenities, linens and towels for all the guests, a hairdryer, and high-quality mattresses.

The base capacity for Villa Omnia is 6 guests (that can comfortably be hosted in the 3 bedrooms) with a maximum capacity of 8 guests (two more guests can be hosted on the sofa on the upper floor that can be converted into two single beds). For above 6 guests there is an extra charge per person/night. In case guests wish to use the sofa bed in the upper floor bedroom as a bed there is going to be an extra charge per night/person even if the base capacity of 6 guests has not been exceeded.

Outdoor facilities
Entering the balcony, you will see a view that will impress you! Swimming in the outdoor pool (16.5sqm and 1.40m depth) or drinking a glass of wine above the sea will offer you the most unforgettable experience that you may ever have. Sunbeds, showers, and a table with chairs complete the outdoor area. The selected choice of earthy colors creates a warm place that lets your kids swim safely as there is a safe shallow separate pool (1.5 sqm) for them next to the main pool. On the lower level, there is a secure parking space that is common for both villas, suitable for 2 cars (for each villa).

From December to March, the villa is available for rent at a special monthly rate. Please note that this special rental cost includes one cleaning service per week.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated by a Pool Heat Pump for an additional cost during April, May, and October with a pool temperature set at 27-28°C depending on the weather conditions. Please note that we require 3 days' advance notice for this facility and the minimum usage period is 3 days. The cost of the heated pool can be pursued only with cash upon arrival.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10 euros per night/villa from March to October and 4 euros per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid upon your arrival in cash.
