The view from the terrace stretches from Kitzsteinhorn up to the castle of Kaprun.The best: On hot summer days you can jump straight into the pool and in winter it is only a 5-minute walk to the slope entrance on the Maiskogel or directly onto the glacier. The hillside location above the roofs of Kaprun invites you to linger in our garden. There our guests relax in the comfortable sun loungers right by the pool and also find a barbecue for warm summer evenings. Of course, we provide parking spaces and WiFi free of charge.

The kitchens offer everything you need to pamper your loved ones: a hob with 4 burners, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, as well as crockery / cutlery and cooking utensils with a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. The property also has a general washing machine and ironing facilities.

The area: The slope (350m) is within walking distance and offers direct access to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area. In addition, Kaprun offers the perfect selection of restaurants for every palate - from typical Austrian dishes to international dishes. In addition, there are numerous shopping opportunities in the center of Kaprun, which are only around 400m as the crow flies (ADEG, Neumair etc.). 36 holes await all golfers at the Golf Club Zell am See (6 km). The airport "" Salzburg Airport "" can be reached by car or train in about 1.5 hours (80km).

The name says it all – the country house style maisonette Romy welcomes you for cosy days in Kaprun. Our guests are taken to a stroll down the memory lane, while watching the breathtaking views over the Kaprun valley and the lake Zell am See. The highlight: The panoramic pool for warm summer days and the almost SKI IN – Ski OUT (5 walking minutes to the slope) during the winter months.

The apartment is divided into separate sleeping rooms, as well as two bath rooms on a total of two floors. Our guests appreciate the huge living room, which comes with a snugly dining area and an open kitchen. The balcony gives direct access to the garden, where one is able to spend warm summer days in our sun loungers at the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped: It comes with a fridge/freezer, micro wave, oven, dish washer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle. Further our guests will find a common laundry machine and an iron/board.

The area: The skiing slope can be easily reached by foot (350m) and gives you direct access to the glacier Kitzsteinhorn. Further Kaprun offers a variety of restaurants for every taste – Weather you are looking for typical Austrian food or international dishes. Our guests will find a range of shopping possibilities only 400m away (ADEG, Neumair etc.). For all golfers, the region provides 36 holes at the Gulf Club Zell am See (6km). The next airport “Salzburg Airport” can be reached by car or train (around 1,5h, 80km).
