Our apartement Marianne is located in one of the most beautiful places of Abtenau. In just 20 minutes you can easily reach the center of Abtenau by foot. Hiking, biking, walking, etc. you can start directly from our house. The Sonnleitenlift (for beginners) and a cross-country trail right outside the house complete the offer. Nearby the aparment Marianne is the inn Sonnleiten, here you can have lunch or just enjoy the view with a cup of coffee - during the opening times you can buy specialties from own production in the farm shop.
Our 3 comfortable apartments have a variable space of 60-75 m² for 2-4 people. After a wonderful day, you can pass in review the holiday experiences in our garden. We offer a playground for children, they have also the opportunity to play with ducks and the dog. If you want to take your little dog with you on holiday - it is also very welcome!

The apartments "Donnerkogel" with 75 m² on the 2nd floor can accommodate 2-4 persons. In addition to a double and a twin bed room, the apartment has a fully equippd kitchen including a dining area with a sofa bed (for 1 person) and a balcony. The bathroom has a bath tube including a shower wall - the toilet is separated from the bathroom.
