This impressive chalet was completed in spring 2017. The alpine country house with a total of 650 m² impresses with the combination of natural stone and wood materials, modern elements as well as the extraordinary features and furnishing. This holiday home is located within walking distance of the center of Mauterndorf. The property is divided into three lovingly designed apartment units, which can either be booked individually or combined for larger groups. A total of 26 guests can be accommodated comfortably.

This suite is located on the first floor, is 166m² in size and is furnished in alpine style. The highlight of the suite is the open plan kitchen, which is equipped with modern kitchen appliances such as ceramic hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator and Nespresso-machine (including capsules) and has a cozy dining area. It adjoins the living area with sofa, wing chair and wooden walls. The living area has a fireplace and a wine refrigerator. The four bedrooms are 16.5 m² in size. All the bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TV and have access to the balcony. The bathrooms are modern with a rain shower, two sinks, lavatory and bidet. One bathroom includes a sink, a lavatory and a shower.
