- The Haus Auszeit, which was originally the old fire station of Rauris, was lovingly restored and revitalized by its owners in autumn 2015. You can expect the cozy and modernly equipped apartments Grubereck (48m², maximum occupancy 5 persons) and Ritterkopf (45m², maximum occupancy 4 persons).
The house is located directly in the center of Rauris. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and a large playground are in the immediate vicinity. Intersport Pirchner ski and bike rental is located directly in the house. The gondola station of the Hochalmbahnen is approximately 400m away.

- free snowshoe equipment for one day (in winter)

The apartment is bright, welcoming, and very comfortably furnished. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a living kitchen with a pull-out comfortable sofa. The kitchen is very well equipped (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment).
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, an electronic towel warmer, and an infrared cabin.
The apartment offers free Wi-Fi, 2 cable TVs (flat-screen).
Hand and bath towels, as well as bed linen, are provided.
A wonderful view of the beautiful mountain panorama is offered through the newly installed skylights.
