Our house with 2 apartments located in the center, direct to the Dorfstrasse of Bad Kleinkirchheim. The location of our house offers you a good starting point for many activities. We offer parking facility directly in front of our house. The bus stop for the skibus in winter is also directly by our house. The thermal spa Römerbad and the skilift Kaiserburgbahn (6 persons gondola) is located only 350 m away. Even the supermarkets are just 200 m away. You can also use right next door (open all year-daily) the bakery Weissensteiner. Nearby you could use tennis curts in summer. The nearest neighbours are 2 restaurants and 1 bank. At our house we offer your of course FREE WLAN.
All booking guests from April until beginning November will get automatically the Carinthian Card for free! For friends of cycling we can offer a separately lockable room direct in front of our house - depending on availablity.

Family EURO: in this time children up to 11,99 years will get 6-days skipass for Euro 6,-- (valid only in combination with 6-days skipass of adult)

Our apartment B have 42 m² and can be used by 2 persons. The apartment B is situated on groundfloor level and have 1 small terrace and car parking place in front of our house. The apartment consists of 1 sleeping room with double bed, 1 living room with kitchen part, bathroom (shower/WC), floor and possibility for skiers place..

The entrance area gives you also the possiblity to combinate our apartment A with apartment B (for maximal 6 persons).
