Our farmhouse dating back to 1837 offers a unique flair amid lush green surroundings.
We offer two lovingly renovated apartments for a relaxing, holistic stay. Our wonderful place is an island of pure rest and recreation. Relax in the beautiful garden or the wooden barrel sauna and the whirlpool. Enjoy the lovely summer evenings under the grape arbor or in the barbecue area. Oetz makes a perfect location for many interesting outings and excursions which can be reached within a short time. Whether ski resorts (Hochoetz-Kühtai, Sölden, Obergurgl), hiking trails, sporty attractions (AREA 47) or a trip to the nearby cities - everything can be found within a radius of about 0 to 50 km.
A staircase on the back of the farmhouse takes you directly to the s'Neschtle Apartment (approx. 80 m²) in the attic with balcony. 2 double rooms with satellite TV, 1 bathroom incl. shower/WC, 1 bathroom incl. bathtub and shower/WC, fully equipped kitchen with double sofa-bed for the 5th + 6th person, satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, microwave, electric cooktop, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, soda stream, fridge.
