Enjoy perfectly groomed slopes in the Hochoetz ski area, which is particularly suitable for families and pleasure skiers. The well-known ski resorts of Sölden (approx. 30 minutes away) and Gurgl (approx. 45 minutes away) are within easy reach. Away from the slopes, snow-covered winter hiking trails, romantic toboggan runs and relaxing hours in the Aqua Dome in Längenfeld invite you to relax. Experience winter in Ötztal in all its facets!

The apartment with approx. 65 m² and private entrance is located on the first floor and consists of: 2 separate bedrooms, 1 large living-dining area with fully equipped eat-in kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, etc.); furnished terrace; the large patio doors and the dining area allow a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains; a fifth person can be booked on request
