Modern, new apartment house nestling on a small hill above Sölden - offering superb panoramic views. A perfect starting point for skiers in winter as the Giggijoch top-to-bottom ski run is only approx. 50 m away. The center of Sölden with shops is approx. 1 km away, a restaurant approx. 500 m and the skibus stop approx. 50 m.
Summer specials: The owner is a bike professional and has a lot of competence and bike experience: he can provide useful tips on mountain biking. You also get the Summer Card.

NEW ground floor apartment with 3 double rooms, each with private bathroom incl. shower/WC, fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room (ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.) with dining area and comfortable pull-out sofa (sleeping 7th and 8th person), flat-screen TV, access to the south-facing terrace with stunning vistas of Sölden, perfect to soak up the sun.     “Tolles Appartement, aber leider nur etwas für ältere, sehr ruhige Gäste oder Familien mit kleinen Kindern.
    Wir haben sehr viel Geld bezahlt und wurden bereits um 19 Uhr darauf aufmerksam gemacht, nicht so einen Krach zu machen. Sicher, wir hatten an einem Tag einmal etwas Spaß, aber wir waren bei weitem keine asoziale, Sambatourtruppe und es war gerade mal 19 Uhr. Wenn man in Sölden ein Appartement vermietet, muss man sicherlich auch einmal etwas laute Musik tolerieren. Für uns war das schließlich ein sehr teurer Urlaub, der Spaß und Erholung vom Alltag bringen sollte, kein Aufenthalt in einem Sanatorium.... Ein kleines bisschen Spaß sollte schon ermöglicht werden.
    Die Vermieter werden eventuell schlechte Erfahrungen mit anderen Gästen gemacht haben, das rechtfertigt aber nicht dieses Verhalten bei neuen Gästen. Positiv: Neues, sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement, sehr sauber. Negativ: - Rechnung wird direkt bei Ankunft präsentiert und nach drei Tagen moniert, dass man noch nicht überwiesen hat. Wenn man kein Onlinebanking macht, hat man schlechte Karten. Ich kenne es eigentlich so, dass man bezahlt, wenn man abreist.
    - Sehr "imperativ " formulierte Hausordnung mit sehr strengen Regeln
    - ein Tag vor Abreise wird man darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass man das Appartement am nächsten Tag bis 9 Uhr zu verlassen hat.”
