Sölden (25 min) and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl (35 min) are situated within easy reach by car. Skibus stop at only 3 walking minutes from our house. The entrance area on the ground floor features a separate sports equipment storage room (skis, boots, toboggans,..) incl. boot-dryer. Ample parking - for free!

The kitchen is located next to the spacious living room with dining area, satellite TV and children's play area for the youngest guests. The living room can accommodate up to 19 persons.
