In about 5 walking minutes you reach the bus stop: free skibus shuttles take you to the Hochoetz ski area (about 7 km away) or into the valley to Sölden (about 20 km). In summer, outdoor sports fans enjoy the Stuiben Falls, Area 47 or the downhill trails of the Bike Republic.

Spacious apartment "Sabine" (approx. 125 m²) on 2 floors: 3 double rooms (depending on the number of persons) upstairs, 1 spacious living room made of pine wood with seating area, tiled stove with cozy bench and sofa-bed (7th person). Separate kitchen (approx. 20 m²) with dining area electric cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. Bathroom equipped with double vanity, shower and bathtub; 1 separate WC.

The apartment has a 200 m² garden with beautiful, unobstructed views of the Ötztal mountains and natural landscapes.
