The holiday house is located directly within the farmyard of the „Herzogbauer“ at the foot of the Schwalbenwand. The apartment goes to the south. Our extra: our own toboggan run in winter. Fresh milk from our cows and visiting the stable are certainly inclusive. 2017 the apartment has been renovated completely. The "Hochkönig-Card" with many advantages is inclusive.
Our apartment in the first floor with a big balcony includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The entire first floor belongs to our guests.
