Our WelcometoSalzburg apartments are only 5-10 minutes walking distance from the old town.
Close to the house you find numerous cafes, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets, laundry, a hairdresser and much more. In the evening you can celebrate the end of the day there, thanks to romantic alumination.
Some of the apartments offer a private garden or balcony.

Pets are welcome on request! (max. 2 per rental unit) EUR 30,00 per pet per night

We are a non-smoking apartment, accordingly we ask you only to smoke on the balcony or the terrace.

Festung Penthouse
Our Festung penthouse is one of the best and most luxurious places to stay during your holiday in Salzburg. The apartment is spread over the entire top floor of Villa Salzburg and features up to 5 m high ceilings, designer furnishings and the highest quality materials. The combination of stately architecture and extravagant, modern design gives the penthouse a truly unique ambience.
The penthouse is approx. 120 m² and includes 2 bedrooms with large double beds. The light-filled living room features large windows and wonderful views. The Danish fireplace in the living/dining area is perfect for cosy evenings in and the highlight in the bathroom is the freestanding bathtub placed directly under a 3.5 m² skylight.
The penthouse also has a 10 m² chill-out mezzanine where you can relax with spectacular views of the Untersberg mountain. This is the perfect place for you to unwind and enjoy your holiday in Salzburg to the full.
