House Anna Premium is located in Fuskulin, 8 km from the center of Poreč, and a 5-minute drive from the Zelena Laguna tourist resort, sports facilities, entertainment and the beach. The house is located on a slope with a beautiful view of the sea and nature on its own landscaped garden of 400 m2, and is completely at the guests' disposal. The parking lot is located in a fenced yard. In Fuskulin there is a private restaurant and the cellar of a famous winemaker, and a bicycle path passes through the place.Holiday house Anna Premium consists of two separate units with a total area of ​​115 m2. On the ground floor of the house there is a smaller apartment for 2-4 people, which consists of a kitchen with a dining table, a living room with a sofa bed for 1- 2 people, one bedroom with a double bed, shower/toilet, and a nice covered terrace with seating and a beautiful panoramic view.On the upper floor there is a larger, modernly equipped apartment for 4-6 people, consisting of a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a sofa bed and access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both floors are air-conditioned and equipped with wireless internet access.Guests also have 2 bicycles at their disposal. If you want to spend a peaceful vacation and at the same time be close to tourist centers, then the Anna Premium house is the right choice for you.Youth groups are not allowed.
