Enjoy your stay in our charming 48m² flat. Our flat is ideal for an individual holiday in familiar surroundings on the sunny side of Neustift. The flat is located on the ground floor and is barrier-free. The cosy double room and the spacious eat-in kitchen with fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker, oven, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter and capsule machine, microwave, kettle) offer maximum comfort. Relax on the pull-out sofa bed for two or enjoy your meals at the dining table for four. The terrace with a view of the Elferspitze invites you to linger. The newly renovated bathroom has a shower, double washbasin, WC and underfloor heating. There is a dryer for ski boots in the anteroom. Perfect for a relaxing holiday!
