Beautiful, cozy house in Milders. Quiet and yet cantrally located only 50 meters from the supermarket and the bus stop. Restaurants and a pizzeria are nearby. Our first holiday apartment is 90 m² large. This apartment consists of two separate bedrooms. The first sleeping room is with a double bed and two separate beds. In the second bedroom is a double bed. Also is a living/bedroom (on the couch can also two persons sleep well) with LED SAT-TV, Blue-ray Player and a kitchen with dining area, microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, freezer, radio CD player, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped. A bathroom with shower, double washbasin and WC, as well as a separate WC. There also two balconies (south and west) with a wonderful view of the mountains.
The second apartment is 50 m² and consists of a double bedroom, a kitchen-living room with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, electric cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, radio CD player, etc.The kitchen is fully equipped. As well as a sofa bed and satellite LED-TV, Blu-ray player and a bathroom with shower and toilet belongs to this apartment. And a balcony to the south with a wonderful view of the mountains.
Guest parking directly at the house, ski room with boot drying system, W-LAN. Prices included bed linen, bath towels and towels. Final cleaning is for the big apartment € 75,- and the small one is € 55,-. In summer the STUBAI SUPER CARD is included. Bread service is possible. NEW ab 2023 - Charging for E cars (Wallbox 11 kW to the house rate without surcharge).

The holiday flat has a sice of 90 sqm and it has a good equipment. Two balconies afford you a beautiful view to the Stubaier mountain area.

(fully equipped), a bathroom with shower, double washbasin and WC, as well as a separate WC. There are also two balconies (south and west) with a wonderful view of the mountains.

The second flat is 50 m² in size and consists of a double bedroom, a kitchen-cum-living room with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, electric cooker and oven - fully equipped, as well as a pull-out couch and SAT-TV (LED TV), a bathroom with shower and WC. This flat also has a south-facing balcony.

Guest parking directly at the house, ski cellar with boot drying system, W-LAN. Prices include bed linen, bath towels and towels. Final cleaning € 60,- to € 85,-.
