Welcome to the apartmenthouse "Sunn-Seit`n"! If you are looking for a well equipped holiday home in the heart of the Alps, situated in a sunny location with breathtaking views of the mountain scenery, then this is the right place for you. A five minute walk takes you to the centre of the village of Telfes where there is a grocery store, farm shop with home grown products, a sports shop with ski hire, a local pub and a regular bus and train service. Telfes is a central starting point for an active mountain holiday in the Stubaier Alps. In the winter there is a free shuttle service to the ski resorts Schlick 2000 and the Stubaier Glacier. Stubaital offers a wide variety of sports, areas for relaxation, romantic mountain lodges, summer sledging, an adventure park, waterfall walks and much more. The waterpark “Stubay” in only 10 minutes away and provides fun and relaxation for all the family. Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol, with its many sights and tourist attractions can be reached in 20 minutes by car and is also easily accessible by bus or with the nostalgic Stubaitalbahn. Our modernly built house has a choice of comfortable and lovingly decorated apartments with a private patio or balcony. The spacious living area is open plan with sitting, kitchen and dining areas. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and separate shower, washing machine and hairdryer. All apartments have TV, radio and internet. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer, a fully automatic coffee maker as well as cooking utensils. Towels and bedding are provided at no extra charge. There is a tumble dryer in the basement and plenty of space to store sports equipment during your stay. Parking spaces are provided. Families with young children can have the use of a cot, high chair and changing mat. Fresh bread can be ordered and delivered on request.     “Positiv: Sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Fewo mit allem Zubehör. Herrliche Blumen auf der Terasse, alles super gepflegt.
    Herzlicher Empfang durch unsere Vermieterin, Sekt, Saft und was zum Knabbern lagen im Kühlschrank, sogar ein Paket Kaffeebohnen.
    Viele hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen bekommen. Mit der Stubai Supercard, welche uns umsonst von Erika überreicht wurde, konnten wir alle Bahnen, Busse und Seilbahnen umsonst benutzen, das war eine Überraschung, wir nutzten sie fast täglich.
    Das Wetter war fantastisch.
    Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen. Freizeit: Stubaier Gletscher,
    Mutterberger Klamm, Grawa Wasserfall,
    Wandern Maria Waldrast und weiter zum Selfes,
    Elfer, Sulzenauer Alm und weiter hoch zur Sulzenauer Hütte(Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten)
    Schlick und sicher vieles mehr”
