The ground level 130 m² spacious hyggelige vacation home has a large garden with covered terrace and several cozy sitting areas.
Your vacation home by the sea offers plenty of space for 4 adults and a child up to 2.5 years.
The bright living area with tiled stove, furnished in modern country style, and the open kitchen with dining area invite you to linger.
On the covered terrace with beach chair, sun loungers and teak garden furniture you can relax at the
the evening after an exciting day at the beach. If the evening should be a little bit cooler you can relax at the
cozy tiled stove or go to the private sauna.
The house is located in a quiet area of Garding, in the heart of Eiderstedt.
The wide sandy beaches of St. Peter-Ording can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.
Garding is the central starting point for beautiful bike tours. A small shopping center and the city center with restaurants, Spanish tapas bar and the "Fofftein" (musician's pub) are within easy reach. Every Tuesday there is a weekly market with regional products at the church and market place. In the summer months there are many events in Garding - e.g. Musikantenbörse with live music, speciality market of the countrywomen, rose festival etc..

The apartment on the ground floor offers on approx. 130 sqm enough space for 4 adults and a child up to 2.5 years. On the covered terrace with beach chair, sun loungers and teak garden furniture you can end the evening after an exciting beach day. If the evening should be a bit cooler, relax at the cozy tiled stove or go to your own sauna.
When you arrive, all beds are already made and there are towel packages with a shower towel and 1 normal towel ready for you. All windows are equipped with electric external blinds. The access to the terrace has an insect screen door. The bedroom windows and the bathroom are also equipped with insect screens. Unfortunately, we can not accept pets in this apartment. You will not lack anything. WLAN is available for free use, non-smokers, all windows have electric external blinds. Bright spacious living room with comfortable leather couch, reading corner, SAT-TV, Blue-Ray Player and CD- Player with Internet-Radio and BT (combination device), tiled stove, insect screen door. Kitchen with large fitted kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven and additional microwave oven-combi device each at working height, a large refrigerator with extra fruit and vegetable compartments, kettle with temperature setting, e.g. for different types of tea, toaster, coffee and Nespresso capsule machine. You will also find a large freezer in the utility room. In the dining area, open to the kitchen and living area, there is a large dining table with 6 upholstered chairs. Two separate bedrooms with box spring bed (180x200 cm), different pillows (80x80 cm and 40x80 cm), each with a closet and with an additional SAT-TV. Spacious bathroom with ground-level shower, free-standing bathtub and sauna. Guest toilet, utility room with washing machine, dryer and freezer. Iron, ironing board and clothes horse. There is also a rotary clothes dryer in the garden. Baby travel cot with mattress and high chair for children up to 2.5 years available - please note when booking.
