Our apartment is located in a quiet place but still centrally located and is ideal for great nature experiences in the nearby Bavarian forest or cycling on the bike paths on the Danube, Inn or Ilz. Our property is sun-kissed south facing with a good view up to the Berchtesgaden Alps. Relax on our beautiful terrace with a nice lounge and enjoy the tranquility. The place offers Einkaufsmöglichleiten for daily needs, restaurants, bakery, a bank and a gas station. Everything is within walking distance also within walking distance. Furthermore, we also recommend trips to nearby cities such as Passau with the Dreiflüsseeck, Linz or possibly even Salzburg or Prague. The western town of Pullmancity is also just a few kilometers from the apartment and is well worth a visit.

Dear guests of our house. You can expect a beautiful brand new Non smoking apartment (1x double bed 180x200cm, 1x sofa fold out about 130x200cm for 2 children up to 16 years) with a modern and high quality equipment. On request, a third child up to max. Stay 2 years in baby cot. Optionally, the apartment can be occupied by 3 adults on request without children. In the bedroom and living sleeping area a real wood walnut parquet is laid. Tile flooring in the bathroom and hallway. Bathroom with underfloor heating. The apartment also has a controlled ventilation system with heat recovery and pollen filter for the best fresh air quality. A fully equipped kitchen including coffee + tea and a box of mineral water on arrival make the stay particularly pleasant. Children pay 4, - Euro per night + child) Fresh linen and towels

Conditions and extras
The total amount will be paid on the spot in cash / bank transfer.
If canceled up to 8 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. Later cancellations will be charged 100% of the total amount.
