The property PETRA MARE with pool is located on a large, well-maintained lawn property near Triopetra in the south of Crete where you have a wonderful view across the Lybian Sea. The name „Stone Sea“ refers to the main components of the property. On elevated ground floor, 7 steps up from the garden, there is the stand-up kitchen with table. The next room is the bath and the bedroom with direct access to a private roofed terrace with a beautiful view of the garden and the sea. From the kitchen you get to the entrance terrace. On the first floor there is a bathroom and a large bedroom with a private, roofed terrace, where you can enjoy a wonderful view across the Lybian Sea and the surrounding coastal landscape. The house is also bookable during the winter months on a monthly basis.
Secluded tranquillity, Mediterranean country idyll, a charming coastal landscape, magnificent sandy beaches and a very clean sea is what you can expect in this part of the southern coast of Crete. The distance to the next village Akoumia is about 10 km. The distance to Spili, where you have a wide choice of shopping facilities is approx. 20km. About 2km from the holiday houses on the large beach of Triopetra are some tavernas.
