Our holiday apartment "Steffi" is close to the center in the traffic-calmed street "Am Brückelchen". From here it's about a 5-minute walk to the entrance to your Eifelsteig hike. In the 10 minute walk, which is the center of the small town with indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, indoor tennis courts, riding arena, restaurants, local history and natural history museum, reservoir, Church of the Redeemer with Villa Sarabodis, etc. The vacation rental is on the first floor property house. It means you have an oasis of comfort in an area of ​​90 square meters, in which up to 4 people can leave everyday life behind. After a long, different day you have a book or a movie in the big life (satellite TV with flat screen). If you love to buy, this is a breeze in our fully controlled, enclosed kitchen. From the 5-plate ceramic hob to the oven, microwave, workstations, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, frying pans, saucepan and professional knife, everything is available. You have to enjoy the midday and evening sun on the covered balcony with teak furniture. The open kitchen also has a large table and 4 comfortable chairs. The first bedroom has a comfort bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with comfortable mattresses, a 4-door wardrobe, chest of drawers and rocking chair. In the 2nd bedroom with a Mediterranean flair there is a French bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), 1 flat screen with radio (satellite TV), a 2-door wardrobe, chest of drawers, seat cushions, mirror and wicker armchair at your disposal. In the bathroom you will find a glass shower (90 x 90 cm), a large bathtub, a toilet and a large washbasin with an illuminated mirror, bathroom furniture and seating. A 12 square meter covered balcony with a teak table, 6 chairs with seat cushions invites you to linger. From here you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Dolomite rocks or the view of the house garden with koi pond. As guests of our holiday apartment, there are 2 large parking spaces available directly at the house. The comfort holiday apartment is fully equipped with white tiles and underfloor heating. The sleeping beds are equipped with allergy-free bed linen. Books, novels and magazines invite you to linger in the living room.

Note on the guest contribution: To promote regional tourism, overnight guests in accommodation establishments in the municipality of Gerolstein have been paying a guest contribution of 0.75 euros per person per night since 1 January 2024. Children aged 0-5 and business and educational travellers are exempt from this fee.
The guest contribution is not included in the booking price, it is collected separately by the accommodation and forwarded to the Gerolstein municipality.
