We are pleased to introduce you to our little paradise and would like to invite you to immerse yourself in the graceful landscape of the Hunsrück with its direct proximity to the Mosel (Cochem/Zell).
You will find peace and security in the ambience of the house. Attentive hosts will try to convey to you with pleasure the unique feeling of life in our homeland.

Our house is situated in a very quiet location at the edge of the village of Grenderich - 8 km above Zell an der Mosel. From time to time, deer come right up to the house.
Each room is individually designed and has been lovingly thought out down to the smallest detail and furnished in Scandinavian country house style.
When the weather is nice, the idyllic garden with terrace and unique distant views of the Eifel and Hunsrück invite you to relax.
But - nothing is more beautiful than exploring the area and the Mosel itself in bright sunshine.

Wooden house in mint condition (approx. 112m² at ground level) with integrated carport. The detached house, situated in a very quiet location on the edge of the village of Grenderich, has 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 sleeping possibilities. 1st double bed with wardrobe. 2nd + 3rd single bed with sideboard.

Living rooms:
Through the entrance you enter your own spacious holiday home (laminate flooring, terracotta tiles), living room with dining area, sofa, coffee table, sideboard, satellite TV, DVD player, radio with CD player, hoover, iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer.

Garden with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.

Parking in carport. Charging facility for electric cars and e-bikes.

Cooking:
Fully equipped new fitted kitchen with cooker (ceramic hob) and oven, extractor bonnet, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, bread slicer, blender and juicer.

Bathroom:
Fully tiled bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer.

Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.

For children:
Travel cot, changing mat, high chair.

    “We gingen een dagje naar Trier, niet echt geschikt voor een hond. Geen probleem, familie Mews heeft onze hond uitgelaten. Super Positiv: Top locatie met een geweldig uitzicht rondom het huis. In huis is alles aanwezig en je mag alles gebruiken. Familie Mews zijn super vriendelijk en willen je overal mee helpen. We komen beslist nog een keer terug Negativ: Klein detail, één handdoek voor het douchen is weinig.”

    “Positiv: Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Vermieter-Ehepaar.
    Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Vom Garten aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick.”

    “Wunderbare Wohnung für das Paar oder die kleine Familie in ruhiger Lage. Auto ist unverzichtbar. Die Lage zum Hunsrück und der Mosel ist günstig. Positiv: Sehr freundliche Begrüßung und umfangreiche Einweisung durch die Vermieterin. Ruhige Lage oberhalb des Ortes. Ausstattung des Hauses vorbildlich. Der Garten ist das zweite Wohnzimmer. Negativ: Im Ort gibt es keine Versorgungsmöglichkeit in Form von Geschäft oder Gaststätte. Wenn man das weiß und sich eingedeckt hat, ist das ok.”

    “Positiv: Das Haus war sehr sauber und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch das Ehepaar Mews war sehr gut. Bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde uns sofort geholfen. Wir wurden auf Veranstaltungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten aufmerksam gemacht. Freizeit: Beilstein (sehenswertes altes Dorf)
