Large well-kept family house for max. four persons in the old town. The spacious vacation home is located near the old church. The harbor, the Priwall ferry and the Trave promenade are a few minutes walk away. The train station "Travemünde Hafen" can be reached on foot in five minutes.Many stores and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. To the beach it is about 900m. The spacious 6-room house has about 100m² living space and 30m² terrace.
On the first floor there is a spacious living/dining area with about 45m². The dining room is equipped with a large round table with 6 armchairs, a china cabinet, a sofa (sofa bed 1mx2m) and an armchair. The living room is connected to the dining room by a large sliding door. The furniture consists of a comfortable sofa set with table, sideboard with books, games ,radio, as well as a flat screen TV (satellite) and CD/DVD player. From the living room you can directly access the terrace . The kitchen also has access to the terrace. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle. A separate dining area for 2 people is located in the kitchen. Under the stairs is a small little room with clothes horse, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies. The bathroom has a full bath with shower option, toilet and sink. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a living/bedroom and bathroom. Two bedrooms (double beds 2.00 x 1.60m and 2.00x1.40m) are quietly facing the garden. Another small bedroom with a bed (2,00 x 1,00m) and a living/bedroom with a sofa bed (2,00 x 1,60m) with TV are facing the Kurgartenstraße .The bathroom has shower and toilet. All bedspreads are oversized 1,55 x 2,20m. In the bedroom and living area are laid high-quality oak floors, in the bathrooms, hallway and kitchen tile floor. On the large terrace with electric awning is a seating area and a barbecue. In addition, a beach chair and deck chairs invite you to sunbathe.

For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!

    “An sich war alles okay. Es wäre eben schön gewesen wenn alles Modern gewesen wäre . Der Preis war völlig okay für uns 4 Personen. Das Haus ist sehr groß , und hat Platz in den Zimmern Geboten. Im Garten findet man einige Sitzplätze und einen Strandkorb. Positiv: Die Lage des Wohnhauses, direkt in der Stadt . Alles in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen Negativ: Dass die Ausstattung sehr veraltet ist , und dass es keine Rollos in den Zimmern gab . Dadurch war es morgens immer hell in der Wohnung . Man konnte schlecht duschen in den kleinen Dusche im Obergeschoss. Es ist halt eben alles in die Jahre gekommen”

    “Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Positiv: Die geräumige Terrasse mit der Markise, die Nähe zur Altstadt und zum Bäcker... Negativ: Die Müllabfallbehälter waren nur sehr schwer zu erreichen,
    da die Tür klemmte. Deswegen hatten die Vormieter wohl ihre
    Müllsäcke einfach oben drüber geworfen, und einige der Tüten waren
    aufgeplatzt. Wir haben auch eine Ratte gesehen....
    Ausserdem ist wohl der Mäh-Roboter defekt, sodass
    das Gras ziemlich hoch war.”

    “Positiv: Das Obergeschoß hat 3 Schlafräume, einen Wohnraum mit Schlafcoach und Fernseher und Duschbad,
    Die Räume sind renoviert und sehen prima und wohnlich aus.
    Im Erdgeschoss ein Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer ( mit Schiebetür und Schlafcoach )
    Flur mit Garderobe und diversen Sachen ( Schirm ) etc.
    Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
    Es gibt viele Spiegel, Fön in jedem Bad und diverse Dusch - und Creme - Utensilien.
    Das Haus war sauber.
    Die Lage ist prima und ( jetzt im Winter ) ruhig.,
    Großer Garten, der im Sommer bestimmt toll genutzt werden kann.
    Große Terrasse.
    Unter Beachtung der negativen Eigenschaften, ist das Haus
    ( wenn man sich drauf einlassen kann ) zu empfehlen.
    Es bietet Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, Negativ: Die Betten brauchen neue Matratzen!
    Das ( sehr schöne und große Zimmer ) 1,60 m Bett geht gar nicht!!
    Die Matratze hängt sehr durch.
    Die anderen beiden Matratzen gehen noch.....
    Die Küche ist alt und gewöhnungsbedürftig.: wenig Stauraum für Lebensmittel.
    Die Besteckschublade ist vollgestopft mit altem Silberbesteck, Schraubenziehern, diverse andere Werkzeuge etc,
    Alles drin, was andere im Keller haben.
    Etwas unhygienisch. Das alte Besteck ist nicht so toll!
    Die Elektrik ist spektakulär!!!! Über Putz tummeln sich Kabel mit Mehrfachsteckdosen in unterschiedlichen Varianten.
    Die Badezimmer sind alt!
    Im unteren Bad ist die Dusche in der Wanne...ohne Haltegriff....
    Im oberen Duschbad ist die Dusche geeignet für Menschen bis 1,65 m.
    Ansonsten Kopf einziehen.
    Auch in den Bädern ist die Elektrik nicht vertrauenswürdig,”

    “Die Gemütlichkeit liess leider zu wünschen übrig.Dafür war die Miete zu hoch.Wer nur ein Bett sucht ist dort aber gut untergebracht. Positiv: Die Lage ist vorteilhaft mitten im Zentrum.Kurze Wege zum Bus,zur Vorderreihe,zum Bahnhof und zum Strand. Negativ: Die allgemeine Ordnung war eher ein gemäßigtes Chaos;irgendwie wurde alles gesammelt was man kriegen konnte und irgendwo verstaut.Eine Grundreinigung wäre von Nöten (Spinnweben).Der Garten besteht eher aus Wildwuchs. Empfehlung: Families, couples - Bedingt empfehlenswert.”
