The studio is on the 3rd floor ( lift available) in a small house.
Short-time parking to load or unload your car infront of the building is tolerated free of charge. A long-stay parking space is available upon request in 80 metres distance for a daily rate of € 3.50. If you qish to place a reservation for the parking space, please contact your landlady directly. You will receive the contact details with your booking confirmation.

Bright and sunny studio apartment on the top floor with roof terrace (river- and seaview) is located in the riverside-boulevard Vordereihe. This small studio  20m² (plus additional 20m² roof terrace) for 1-2 persons is fully equipped with a cozy livingroom and modern comofortable foldaway bed ( 1.20m x 2.00m), kitchen area and a breakfast corner. You can also enjoy a wonderful breakfast on the roof terrace, sitting on the nice outside furniture. The bathroom is euipped with a window, a shower and a hair dryer. The kitchen unit comes along with a baking oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, electric water kettle and a dryer.

Due to the experience I gained by opffering my other holiday apartment "Rose 6 -Travemünde" I made wonderful experiences with lovely guests and regular customers. The holiday apartment "Vorderreihe" , in which you are right now interested has a wonderful and exciting view. You will see, you want to spend your holidays on this fanatstic roof terrace.

Easy cancellation warranty:
A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 7 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation after this point will be charged at 100% of the total price.

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.
