The holiday house Sips is located on the outskirts of the second largest community of the municipality Westerburg in Höhn. It is about 150 m² in size, spread over 3 floors. In addition, the house has a summer and winter barbecue area and a lawn with garden furniture for common use. The diverse cycling and hiking trails start right on the doorstep. The village of Höhn has a shopping park as well as doctors and pharmacies and the shops of daily life.
The cozy cottage is divided as follows: On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and a fully equipped kitchen with seating area (fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle)
In the 2nd Floor are the living room, dining room with TV and a bathroom.
On the 3rd floor is another bedroom with double bed and dressing room adjacent to the bathroom with shower.
