Sea-front villa with direct access to the sea and private pool to rent in Mallorca. The villa is located in a quiet cul de sac street, only 100 metres away to the sandy beach Cala Gran and 500m. away to Cala D'Or centre.The access to the sea is from the rocks with a metallic stair.
Two-storey villa. From the hall there is access to the open living/dining room with access to the covered terrace that enjoys lovely sea views. The kitchen that is located by the dining area, has a side door that takes to the outside. Close to the kitchen there is a small shower-room and the utility area. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms; each with its own en suite shower room. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed -two matresses pushed together- and en suite bath room and the other has two twin beds and en suite shower room. Both bedrooms have access to a terrace/roof terrace with sea views. The first floor can also be accessed by an outside stair.*From the hall there are a few steps down to access the living/dining room, kitchen and bedrooms.
From the living area you enter the beautiful covered terrace with outdoor furniture and an open sea view. Below the terrace is the 8 x 4 pool, and you also follow the stone stairs to the rocks, a metal ladder gives you direct access to the sea.
