Syracuse, Noto, Modica, Scicli, Catania and Taormina, the nature reserves of Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari, the fishing resorts of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero and the lovely beaches of Avola, Fontane Bianche and Calamosche are all a short drive away.
